Help with DVD compression

So I'm trying to upload a video of my truck wash in action to youtube. I notice that I can only go up to 100 mb and my file is 128 mb. Do any of you know how I can change the resolution or knock 30 seconds off the video to get it down to the 100 mb limit?

If you are an on a Mac, you should be able to use IMovie to get it down.
On a PC you could use Windows Movie.
Those are about the only two free ones I know.

Windows movie maker wont work because the file extension is .VOB and it says it is unsupported.
