I just bought a house over in Havi and need to sell my trailer ASAP.
2004 31' Forest River Sierra TT. Huge rear bathroom with corner shower. Queen size bed, a/c, etc. The normal stuff found in a TT. 14' slide. Just had it serviced right before summer. New 8 ply tires. Tan/brown interior. I use the heck out of the sucker, but also take extrememly good care of the things I own. We don't wear shoes inside, towels are laid down over the furniture so no sweat/lotion, etc get on the cloth. Full size sofa bed. Everything works. No hidden gremlins. Rear hitch receiver with removable storage rack. I strap down a generator to it when we go riding during the winter. Only known issue is there's a few holes in the awning where we had a campfire explode one night and some charcoal piece burned through some quarter size holes. Hitch included (leveling bars, sway control, etc.)
It's currently located at Havasu Landing Resort & Casino.
Couple of things to mention. If you're interested in leaving it at the Landing (2 year waiting list) I'll do my best to pull the brother-in-law thing so you can keep the spot. Should be easy, I've been staying there for years and am on a first name basis. I'll even throw in the 12'X36'X11' tall Jenkins canopy that I keep my boat under.
Here's the floorplan. This off the Forest River site under Salem, but you get the idea.

$16,000 and if you choose not to keep it at the Landing I'll deliver it anywhere on the River (resonable distance).

I can get pics upon request....meaning next time I'm out there. =)
And if you're not interested, I'd appreciate it if you'd tell someone who is. Thanks in advance.
