I heard a rumor that those new condos they put in not to long ago in the channel are renting for $150 a day? I also heard you can park your boat out front but not overnight. Just wondering if anyone had any info.

Don't know how much they're renting for right now but you'll get ticketed for overnight mooring on the weekend.

Pat from All Seasons mentioned something about those condos to me last night at the bar, Does anyone know what the minimum number of nights you have to stay for is?

A friend of mine owns two of them and they are double that for a night and you can not park overnight.
