i have a prestolite top mount starter model MDY 7056 i think its been hanging up. the way it looks to me the bendix drive is on threaded lugs, when the starter spins it throws the assembley forward but there is nothing to pull it back??? what the hell goes on here is there a rebuild kit for this thing cuz i cant find it:sqeyes:
