cant remember what they did but pjs built it a few years ago for my freind and i got it in a trade last summer from him for $500 trade value.
used to have the receipt and build sheet but i dont know what happend to it.
they charged him over $1000 to build it.
i do remember that it was punched out quite a bit.

Why didn't he just buy a new one from SBTontheweb.com for $900?
I didnt know pjs was still in business:confused:

motor was built a few years back but has been in a cooler in the garage ever since.
the $900 motor is a stock rebuild this is not.

I had a 550 years ago. That thing was fun, I missed it so I went and bought a 650sx. Good luck...

think its sold to a hot boat member will know tomorow....
by the way i looked closer at the motor it is a fully ported and polished carbon fiber reed motor with 190psi high compresion pistons.
NEW from the crank up!
so hes getting a pretty decent deal i would say......!:sqeyes:
