This is an "o.k." deal. Glen Eagles is a nice area but there are a lot of homes for sale in there...I would check the area out first before buying on ebay.

The area is nice but I think we looked at that house and we didn't dig how the rear neighbor would have a great view of the back yard;):)

That was my thought too, not much privacy. I live a few blocks away and have 1/4 acre as a backyard, so I appreciate the space.
