Now that's the way to man-t-f-up! Start looking at mhomes and jump right into a pusher. Nice!
I would imagine the local Cummins - authorized truck center would let you know what you can do and not do. When I was driving a Cat powered med-duty, they always wanted to bump up the engine to add 50-100HP from it's stock rating.
There are a few independent diesel shops around here that are always playing with upgrades. Don't know if you are looking for factory authorized stuff or aftermarket (warranty?).
Either way, I am sure it can be done!
Be advised. Whatever you pull behind it will have a nice layer of black soot after a long drive. Drove a 40' pusher with a Malibu tourny boat behind and the interior and other surfaces had a nice black layer on them when we stopped. Nature of the beast. Nothing's free!

Congrats. on the new pusher. I'm assuming it has the ISB 5.9L from Cummins. Which tranny does it come with, 5 or 6 speed. Banks makes a lot of good products for the Cummins line, but are very pricy for what you get. I've heard a lot of people say that the 5 speed tranny can't handle the additional upgrades.

Do you know if it's the 5.9 or 8.3? I assume it's a common rail motor (ISBe or ISCe)?

I have heard the motor is the same as the 330. You can change yours to a 330 without anything but a computer. I had a 330 in my old motorhome and drove the new 300s. I could not tell the difference at all.

Yes there is Workhorse makes a module for the Cummins, that will give you 50 to 100hp and increase your mileage by 2 to 5 mpg, they are made by Dr Performance and they do it by increasing pressure from the ICP sensor, so you get a better atomization of the fuel try this website and maybe they can explain it better, good luck. www.efficientdiesel.com

I don't know how you guys can be saying what is made for it - we don't even know if it's the 5.9l motor or the 8.3l.

They make them for both, the HP depends on what tranny you have, I am assuming this is at least a 2005 Pusher. They also have modules for the Newer Cats.. These ICP modules work really well, I know 2 different guys that have put them in their motorhomes and have been very happy with hp and really really happy about their mileage gains... Hope this helps.
