I'm not a whiz at posting and I don't know how to post pics.....that being said: I just finished a custom 2254 square foot home with an 1895 square foot garage (RV side has a 14' wide door and is 21 X 44 on the interior with NO wing wall) The rest of the garage is 24 X 34+ so the whole thing is deep.
The house is 3 bedroom + a den (or formal dining room), has a breakfast nook, fireplace, 2.5 baths, heated jacuzzi tub in the master bath, granite, french doors, 10' ceilings throughout, landscaped, much more............
Located in the foothill area near Yonder park on a great quiet street of nice homes. The home is for sale outright, or I would like to trade for a smaller 3 bedroom home on the south side of Havasu (preferably) around the $250,000 or so price range. If you presently have a home that might work for me, and want a chance to trade up without the hassle of trying to sell your home first, please give me a call and we'll talk. I'll be happy to e-mail you some photos or give you an address.
My home is priced in the very low $500,000's. I must disclose that I have a real estate broker's license in the State of Arizona but don't be shy - I'd like to hear what you have.

Correction in that garage picture. The RV garage DOOR is 14' wide for easy backing in from a flat driveway. The interior of the RV garage is a full 21' wide.
The other side of the garage has an 18' wide door that is 9' tall, and is 34' deep all the way across - a small portion of it even extends to 40' in depth.
It is also plumbed for a swamp cooler.
Thank you Sean for posting pics.

Hello All
Thank you Sean for the help with the posting pics.
This is Debbie - I have a new name / can't hide behind Lance anymore.
Anyone interested in a nice custom home out here should give me a call. I can make all kinds of deals if you call me directly. As I said earlier, I would love to trade for a smaller home on the south side of Havasu, or if you prefer a pool - I can make that happen, too. Keep this in mind and pass the word. Those of you who know me, know that I am a deal maker - no B.S.
Talk to me !

Very nice and I would kill for that garage but I'm in the N. Palo Verde area below the highway. NSF >>> Why would they put the A/C on the roof in such an expensive house????

what is the name of the street it is on

Havasu Tea-Hag

There are 2 A.C. units - one for each side of the house. Just wanted to keep them up and out of the way. Swamp cooler for the R.V. garage is plumbed to be on the ground.
The house is located at 3853 Yonder Drive - on the upper side of McCulloch in the foothill area. This section of Yonder is a short street that curves around from McCulloch to Cherry Tree. There are only a dozen or so homes and a park on that section of the street.
Bump.........Keep in mind - trade for home of lesser value, ask about including a pool and wall ???

Probably because units in Havasu get stolen if they're not on the roof.

I was out on the lake yesterday, looking for a good camp site. My staff and I played hookie and had a "corporate" meeting out on the lake.
Lance pooh had to stay home and work.

Tis the season Bob, everyone has a broken boat that needs fixin' by Memorial weekend. Don't feel too sorry for Lance, he got to go out and play all day today, and almost made it through the day without having to fix anyone's boat. Notice, I said "almost". At least it wasn't ours. :)

Hi Steve,
Nice to see you made it back to Michigan. Thanks again for the wonderful dinner at your house. I use four different computers (depending where I am at the time) and I have always had trouble with this site, and loggin in. Hopefully, I won't have to re-register again, again.
If you need us, just call me at work, or Lance on his cell. We don't really check PM's on a regular basis because our minds aren't programed to notice them. I'll work on that :)
Happy Memorial Day !!!!
