Jerkster. I just got the engine fired yesterday and timed it. Today, fuss with the idle, and try to get it down to a more no wake zone friendly speed, and check the valvetrain. My oldest son is on leave from his corpsman duties in Japan (haven't seen him for eighteen months) and he is on his way to Navy Seal Training in Coronado. I hope that the log doesn't kick his ass. He leaves on June 16th. I won't be able to go to this one. I have reservations at Red Rocks and would like to go on another trip this summer. Isn't there another Washington Regatta this summer? Its been so long, I hope the picture process comes out. The Navy, frogglet to be, is the man on the left, in the first picture. The last picture is a new style propeller traveling case. http://www.***boat.com/image_center/data/524/214Mvc-002f-med.jpg http://www.***boat.com/image_center/data/524/214Mvc-003f-med.jpg http://www.***boat.com/image_center/data/520/214Mvc-007f-med.jpg http://www.***boat.com/image_center/data/520/214Mvc-008f-med.jpg

Looking at those pictures I wonder what life would be like had I not gotten used to the weather in California. You would have to be a millionaire(or more) to get that kind of property here.

Cool boat, dig the prop cover. Is it to save it from rock chips?

That's a one acre lot with a four thousand square foot house (all finished). If I could get $275,000 for it I'd be happy. Hardcore boaters in Wyoming have a saying--Boat early, boat hard, boat late. This way you can have five months, maybe more, as long as you are ready to winterize at first sign of impending frost. People that teach their children to water ski without wet suits are nuts, or cruel. If the weather was nicer, there would be more than 350,000 in the state.

I would say that would be a mill and a half house and property in california, and you wouldn't have half as nice of a veiw.
