Thanks for the feedback on the turbo 400 installation. Really glad you fellow v-drivers with experience are willing to help. The hondo runner will be set up to haul serious ass. My logic on the tranny was a better hole shot. Never really cared about reverse. The boat came with a good paddle anyway. Currently fixing a few things on the motor I did not like. Boat will be ready to go in a couple weeks. I would like to hook up with another v-driver if possible for my first time out with the boat. It will be my first time driving a v-drive boat. I live in newbury park,north of LA, south of ventura. Thanx again for the advice.
