Try equipment trader online (http://www.equipmenttraderonline.com/adsearch.html). I just punched in "forklift" into the keyword field and came up with 200 ads.

Something cheap and sort of small, so we can tuck it away. :) We do not use it very much, probably once a week (for 10-15 minutes MAX). I would say the heaviest pallet we have is around 3,000lbs. We would like propane as well.
