Turn Key 21' bow rider for under 20k

I'm located in the San Diego area and I'm currently in the market for a 21' turn key, aka Reliable boat with and open bow, stern drive and clean interior for under 20k. Not opposed to runabout style boats either as it will be taken in Mission Bay frequently.
Tried the boat trader but it's slim pickings with all the damned dealer ads wasting pages.

Tried the boattraderonline.com, it's not what you'd call a wealth of info. The dealers seem to have taken over most of the pages with sale ads.
I was kind of hoping someone here on the boards would know somebody or a boat in my area to recommend. I'm not opposed to doing the legwork and I have just trying to get a leg up if possible if you know what I mean.

There's a really clean 92' Cole NightHawk in the spam section for less than 20k. I think it's still for sale.
