First time I've seen it... I'd say excessive tounge weight coupled with the tow vehicles short wheel base combine to create an unstable towing situation.
Maybe a load distributing hitch might help?

Cant imagine that tow vehicle was even able to move that huge trailer.

What you need is one them there thingy's on your front bumper to weight down the front of your rig. maybe hang some sand bags, put alot of air in the rear tires and less in the front, and finally put bigger tires on the front axle of your trailer and all your issues should be gone....
