WOW!!! Another LaveyCraft Sebring. They didn't make many of them with inboard motors.
The one in my Sig goes 75!
23 footer, repowered with 496 mag and Bravo X on a Hydromotive 24P prop. :D :D :D

Why do they have to go kill a perfectly good Sebring with a damn squirt gun! That thing would run GREAT numbers with a prop on it. and of course that Ford runs 75-80. Thats a minimum for a jet boat remember? I do about 80 when I fly by a lot of those guys in my boat (according to them at least).
Cause when your props stuck in the sand the jet is blaring past flying the rooster

I do, (75 anyway).....my old 18' Hawaiian w/ 460 (roller rockers, solid lifters, single carb, through logs, and Berkley race detailed pump, ) ran just over 70 on GPS @ 5500RPM.

The Taylor in the second Ebay listing looks like IMPATIENT1's old boat, from here on the boards. I could be mistaken, but if I remember correctly he had GPSd the Taylor in the low 80 mph range.....
Can never tell about Ebay boats though, I think people listing them may automatically get a 10-15 mph boost in speed credited to them. :D

Advantage's ad said that it needed motor work...that is why it was sold for so cheap.

I know they sold it for $9000 but it must need more then head work for this guy to sell it 3 weeks later for $7500.

I can see it running 75-80, it is a FORD! They actually make good honest power.
If it had that hp in a V-Drive the damn thing would be in the 80-90mph range.:D

I love the 18' open bow jet boats. Put a 502 in it and zoom. Although the trim tabs on such a small boat baffles me.
