chevy hi perf truck block

i have a 4 bolt main hi perf bbc block, it has a 4.500 bore O-ringed and needs a sleave in #2 cylinder and is clearenced for 4.250 stroke crank. perfect for a budget 540cid build. $200

My machinest does them for a tad under a hundred. Then again, he is not in So Cal so I guess that does not help.
