So we fine each illegal $5,000., ask them to return home (China, Haiti, Mexico, So America, etc) get a visa, and come back again. There will be no enforcement, all voluntary in the next 13 years. What the hell are our elected officials thinking? We pay these dolts $160,000+ a year to come up with this stuff? I hope you demo's are happy with your elected choices. I'm sure as hell not happy with the GOP's I voted for
