Machined out all the stack caps for my injection manifold yesterday, here are pictures of the process.
0.750" 6061 rough cut on the waterjet

Boring the holes for the stacks on a fixture @ 4.5 degrees using the eccentric cutter

Put the parts back in the waterjet to cut the pinch slice

Drill, countersink, and blind tap the pinch bolt holes

Radius all the edges

Finshed, now its ready for anodizing.

BBC for our mandella project, we were originally putting a KB hemi in it, but we would have had to cut the stringer for the dry sump pump and decided that in the long run a Chevrolet motor would be more reliable and make more power.

Looks great keep posting the pics. I used to work for a Granite company and we had 2 water jets they would cut through 2" of granite no problem. Awsome mahine to have.

Now i gotta start building all the linkages to run the Bosch pump and the throttles, that was gonna happen today but i drank too much last night:sleeping:
