What ever happen to Billy Burger

Does anybody know what happen to Billy Burger. I didn't see them at all last summer. They sure had great burgers.

Didnt the powers that be only allow so many vending licenses and Billy didn't get one??
He was great.... One time I waited a 1/2 hour for a burger and ended up giving me and my friend 4x4's... It took a 1/2 hour to eat it and the oil slick off the stern looked like ExxON Valdez revisited.:D
