Haven't seen it. But I took my driving test in a '72 Torino. Does that count? :rollside:

The part that comes after it's over.
...just after they cut away...at the very end...after it's all done...the music stops, fade to black; that's the best.

The best part for me was being at the Opening Ceremony. I've been in Torino for a week working for NBC. Coming back Tuesday, then to Havasu. Once my job is over, there are no rooms available, plus mine would be $ 638 a night.

The F-1 by far was the best, I really like the way those things sound, they make the Nascar motors sound like lawnmowers. Do you think Katie Courac likes Italian Sausage? LOL :skull:

I'm still wondering why the U.S. did not deserve to be shown entering the arena like all the other countries?? And what the hell do Susan Sarandon and Yoko Ono have to do with the Olympics?

What Opening Ceremonies were you watching? They showed the US for about 10 minutes. They must have shown Bode Miller 80 times.
Our coverage teased the pending US entry, went to commercial and when it came back on Uzbhekistan was coming in. Don't know what happened. They missed the US completely unless we were at the front of the line as America...

The U.S. came in with the "S" countries. They were in alphabetical order, but using the Italian names for the nations. For example, Hungary is "Ungheria" in Italian, so they came in with the "U's...
U.S. is "Stati Uniti di America"
