I got some pretty cool lookin fabric this week for a little project im working on..Carbon fiber/Kevlar hybrid.........definately different looking....:)

That may be new to the boating world, but the blended clothes have been around a long time for aerospace stuff. I used to sell resin to a pre-preg guy who was doing some pre-preg blended cloth that was a thermo plastic thermo set...you could heat it to a certain degree to get the thermo plastic qualities for molding, then blast it another 20 degrees and get the EO groups to pop off the end to set it.
