My bird has a #17 barrel and # 44 nozzles. Would they work for a 440 mopar with about 12 psi of boost?

#17 bothers me. Is this possibly off some tunnel ram application before you got it?

It came off a blown 351 w, that was supposed to be on alky. Why does it bother you? also the pump is an 80a-1, will that work with what I want to do? This was all in a street car.

Enderle did not used to put numbers on the end of the barrell valve spool. Then along cam the tunnel ram injector deals and he revamped spools for those. They had numbers on them...stamped in the end.
You need to call Enderle and tell him the number on the spool and be sure it is ok. Not a big deal to change if it isnt. But want to be sure.
44 nozzle ought to be o.k. But if you have over 11 to 1 compression and start getting above 10% OD in the blower....like to see some bigger nozzles.
But ok to start with since you have them.

I am only at 9.3 to 1 right now and low over drive 35 bottom 31 top.
I have never been able to find a number for them, would you have it?

Nozzle ok then. Actually preffered with that ci and compression.

80a-1 is 7 gallons. That is fine.
