SOLD the JET Getting a V-Drive

well i've always lerked around here but was never seriously into the v-drive thing cuz i didnt have one. but wait a min. dont get me wrong i love jetboats. but i SOLD my southwind and i'm going to pick up the 79 Turbo Eliminator in 2 weeks. i just wanted to get some feedback on how, what, why, where, ect..'s on a v-drive boat. here is the link to the boat. let me know what you guys think. his last price was 8k so i said yes. he claims that everyting works just fine and the boat has no problems at all. When are you coming into town? :confused: Are you testing in Springfield because it is alittle closer from the direction your coming? From 44 to the Ozarks is only 1 1/4hr off 44. I know the boat is closer to the LOTO. You really should come to the lake since your coming all this way wink We will be at the lake this weekend, be a shame not to hit "Party Cove" being 1hr from it with a new boat. :rolleyes: You can stay with us and you will have no problem with free board where we are at, 5 min boat ride to party cove and lots of flat water! :D

Eric,Thats a sweet looking boat, I believe you will be very happy with it. I have a friend here that switched from a Jet to a V-drive cruiser and has been very satisfied with it. 80+ MPH should be no problem at all.

i will be coming up their on the 1st of may. i leav downtown, la thursday night. nonstop 1800 mi. wich leaves me with an arrival of saturday mornin. we will test drive saturday amd get the deal over with. and drive strait back nonstop. cuz i gotta be at work on tuesday. we might have some time to kick back thought. we'll see. other than that i will keep you informed when we leave. and and when we get their. i willl aslo keep your # handy so i can contact you when i'm their. how far you from his place anyway.?? you think you might be able to make it down.??? let me know
