1989 Nomad 22 Foot Travel trailer

I'm selling this for my father inlaw. I don't know a whole lot about it other than he bought it from the original owner about 2 years ago. It hasn't been on the road since. It looks really clean for it's age. He's not sure what price to list it at, but there is the exact same trailer in TX with a new interior going for $5500. I think that $4000 would be a good buy on it. He tells me that everything works on it (including the A/C). PM me if you are interested.
