I use Limewire or Acquisition for the Gnutella network. Unison with Giganews for a Usnet. The problem with those is the quality can fluctuate. Lately I use iTunes.

I use itunes. Limewire is too much of a hit or miss. There are also a lot of viruses on limewire.

Lime Wire, but you have to watch out....the songs all have different volumne levels. Sometimes what you download, isn't what you get. Once there was a bunch of songs that were really Bill Clinton saying stuff:confused:

I use Limewire...and if you burn with Nero...it checks and adjusts the volume on each track automatically...
I always listen to the songs in the event of a corrupted file beforehand

I listen as well, that is how I discovered the "problem" before I completed the download. I'm glad this thread came up, I need to update my songs on my Mp3 player:D
I don't know what Nero is.....I just download to my computer and then to my mp3player. I have some cool Bose speakers for my computer :D :D :D
(I listen to music while I am getting stuff done, no one(just the guys in the house actually) could stand the tinny sound coming from my computer speakers):D

With http://www.easynews.com/ you find the song, click it and it starts playing, then down load. Easynews is so (I have seen 3meg per sec) fast, I down load and on the rare occasion I have made a mistake, I trash it and search again. On a fast connection, 3 meg is about a song a sec., unlikely this fast for most, but, http://www.easynews.com/ can deliver this speed and more.
I am not affiliated with http://www.easynews.com/ just trying to help.
Ps. use the global 4 search, much easier, at least for me.
