Yep....It was the bar owner's fault ...the bar manager's fault..the tow truck driver's fault.....the broken down motorist's fault....everyone's fault....except the jackass who saw fit to drive while being twice the legal limit.....
I wonder what judges think to themselves when handed this kinda case....:jawdrop:

Why doesn’t his father take his part of the responsibility. The father may have been the very root of his sons drinking problem?

i Heard this on Ferrall last night, what a total joke, when are people in this country gonna step up and take responsibility for their own actions. It makes me so angry
I'm Half Kiwi (New Zealander), and I wish this country were more like over there, Billy and Lori Dunsmore just got back from the worlds over there and they were totally amazed by how that place works, they went white water rafting, no release forms. some other guys went sky diving, no release forms. you can't sue for negligence over there, you take responsibility for yourself, and everyone gets along fine.

The bartender was negligant for feeding him drinks?
The other driver was negligant for getting cutoff, spinning out and stalling?
The tow truck driver was negligant for stopping to help?
Nah...the a$$hole was drunk, and there was weed in the car to boot. This idiot father is doing nothing but embarrass his name, and make a national fool out of himself.
Lawyers, guns and money.....:jawdrop:

You'd think that a guy making that kind of money would hire a limo to swing by and pick up an escort, then pick him up at the bar and give him a ride home. Seems so simple...

And what kind of money grubbing attorney would even take this case?

In most states its illegal to sell booze to those who appear drunk. In WA you buy for someone that was turned down a sale, its almost as serious as buying for a minor. In Canada as well you can sue a bar owner for allowing someone to drive drunk, if that drunk crashes into you. The latter is what these litigations are designed to do. Have places that serve booze take some responsability for selling and getting someone drunk and then letting them drive. It's an added safety to keep drunks off the road.
One of the reasons we are not in production currently because our moron former manager filed a lawsuit. In Oct he was filling a forklift with propane while it was running and surprise had a fire. He's claiming it was our fault and I harrased him back to work. The day he was fired he called the Department of Ecology saying we illegally dump our waste water. He's claiming as well that we fired him for whistle blowing. It was un-founded cause we had free water disposal at another company. Kicker DOE will not let us take it there anymore and both neighboring counties cant except it either. So in order to make our product we have to move. Our insurance lawyers smoked this guy badly, two law firms dropped him as a client. He finally gave up and I want to go after him for causing us damages. My attorney explained why that's a no, no....
my replyI find it amazing that a nut case can initiate a frivolous suit, then walk away
with his adversary holding the bag.
It sounds like Americans should elect a few lawyers to Congress, and
reform this mess!
his reply to thatProblem is, there are too many Plaintiff's lawyers already in Congress, John Edwards, Hilary Clinton, Ted Kennedy, etc. etc.
That is the problem lawyers like them manipulating the legal system to allow nut jobs and themselves make potential millions. The above mentioned do it to punish business for not being socialist..........

UltraCrazy, that's nothing of the sort of anything I've EVER SAID..
I'm curious.. Are you to ignorant to understand what I've said over and over again? Or is it something else like ADD, where by which you can't read something entirely without getting sidetracked and eventually missing the whole point?
I don't think your stupid... Well atleast not yet, but I don't think it's ADD either. Maybe ADDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD.
Have a nice memorial day.

I actually had one of my Tow trucks rear ended parked on the shoulder of the 101 freeway loading a car, The 84 year old driver said he didn't see it, He and his 80 year old wife sued my company cause she couldn't carry out conjugal duties anymore! WTF!
My insurance company gave them $75000.00 because it was cheaper than going to trial!!
The system sucks!
