Since the boards seem to have a lot of Cali & Az peeps I've posted the contact info for representatives from both states. Next week may be slow because of the holiday(in their home states likely), but still call. One call unfortunately is not enough. Lets see if ***boaters can help put the screws to these bastards. I will be calling every day. and sending emails too. Do your share or I dont want to hear anyone complain that we are living in North Mexico in 5 years. This is that serious!!!Ill post some talking points tomorrow.

Done,
The future Northern Mexico Senator Feinstein says she only got 3200 calls last week, if she got 30,000 she would be concerned about her vote but she will still support the bill.

I am deciding whether to sign the petition, though I am sure the bill is crap. So is George Will.
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/05/23/AR2007052301417.html
However Prez. Bush favors it, hmmm.
I favor policing the border and the no work provisions of the petition.
Changing the birth right means amending the constitution, no small feat.
I would also favor the execution of illegal immigrants who commit capital crimes. Treat them as enemy combatants.

They may have delivered the petitions already. I bumped it so you all have the #s for your reps in AZ or CA so you can flood their offices with calls. Im calling 5 times a day and sending lots of emails. All just repeat stuff. The more volume the better. Whatever your opinion is of this situation, you should let your reps KNOW how you feel.
ONE CALL IS NOT ENOUGH. We are being taken over. The Mexicans think this land is theirs and they are going to take it if we dont get in their way! I am all for LEGAL IMMIGRATION, but I do not support rewarding law breakers with citizenship.

Sorry SWB, Im not going to argue so if you dont agree with me and the other 95% of those posting on this thread we will just have to agree to disagree.
Not that it matters, but no, I have not served in the armed forces. My tax dollars do help pay for our armed forces, again, not that it matters. I unlike 99% of illegal aliens am not a drain on the economy but am a productive citizen in every sense.

[QUOTE=ShockwaveBob;2594078]This might be the most ironic statement I've ever read on any internet forum./QUOTE]
And Im sorry you feel its ironic. However considering nobody here was alive when the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo was signed, you cant say, "you took this land from us. As I recall, Mexico surrendered the land to the USA. Now its ours. Get over it. You can try to take it back, but you'll have to get passed me first.
One more thing. This is not racism. I apologize if some take it that way. We simply cannot continue to support the freeloaders.
