:yuk: The ones in Scottsdale are more like Mc-rubios. Not like the orig Rubios in SD at all.

The original locations in PB and at SDSU were really good back in the day - it's about $$ now and their quality has suffered from it.

We used to go once or twice a week when I was in the credential program in San Marcos. Now I have to drive to Temecula if I want some. However, they told me they were building one in Murrieta, that would be a little closer.

I like Rubios. I've noticed that they are hit and miss though. Some of the locations suck ass. You have to find a good one and keep going there. From what I can tell it has a lot to do with the management. I have had good luck at the one off of 59th Ave and the 101.

Okay, I know you're all concerned, so just to let you know, I satisfied my urge today. Had to go to Temecula to hit Trader Joe's, so it was a good excuse. :D
BTW, Trader Joe's Papaya and Mango salsa ROCKS!
