Ok I'll bite...What are they??:confused:OK, they are Czech pasteries. In southen Texas growing up, they sold them in every donought shop around and even had Kolache festivles. I make them about once a year if that because they are a pain in the ass but really good.

Since there are many Polich, Czech, Boheimian, people there, we got alot of off the wall recipes. You can find recipes online to make the dough and then you put any filling in the top you want. My favorite are sausage Kolaches. They look like big pig in a blankets. I guess the main part is making good Kolache dough.

You can find recipes online to make the dough and then you put any filling in the top you want. My favorite are sausage Kolaches. They look like big pig in a blankets. I guess the main part is making good Kolache dough.
