Another DUMB ASS pro athlete that thinks they can get away from the necessary saftey equipment. I wonder if Louisiana has a law on wearing of PFD when on a Jet Ski?

Seems no alcohol or drugs were involved, but a couple other factors contributed.
"State regulations require anyone riding one of the popular speedy water craft to wear a life jacket and be off the water a half hour before sunset, said Coast Guard officer Aldo Portillo.
Hill and his companion set out at about 8:30 p.m. Sunday. Sunset was at 7:53 p.m., the Coast Guard said."
