TRIMM MANN memorial light house dedication

ok soo the all the money has been dibursed to the light house committe ...and the date is set ....for saturday june 30th @ 2pm in the channel at the buffalo light house, we have obtained a permit to have beer and what ever on the beach for that day, along with the tables that are there , and the news will also be alerted of the dedication so it will be posted in the havasu paper, along with photos,there will also be ( i belive ) hot dogs and such being served as well , so many thanks to all who have help make this tribute to a very special friend,brother fellow boater ..happen, so polish up you stories about our beloved friend to share, fyi you might want to bring something to wipe away the tears ...........again thank you all soooo very much ...bobby:)

this just in from the light house committee, ok soo you all know by now that we are having kenny's plaque set into a new concrete monument.....well we went a lil bit further, there was some left over pieces of the london bridge from when it was put together ( for some reason theres always extra pieces ). so the light house people were able to get one of the stones ( aprox 2 ton stone ) and that is what is being placed in the channel and kenny's plaque will be set into it .....from what i was told this stone came from the interior of the bridge and is a very beautiful rock....:idea:

ok soo the all the money has been dibursed to the light house committe ...and the date is set ....for saturday june 30th @ 2pm in the channel at the buffalo light house, we have obtained a permit to have beer and what ever on the beach for that day, along with the tables that are there , and the news will also be alerted of the dedication so it will be posted in the havasu paper, along with photos,there will also be ( i belive ) hot dogs and such being served as well , so many thanks to all who have help make this tribute to a very special friend,brother fellow boater ..happen, so polish up you stories about our beloved friend to share, fyi you might want to bring something to wipe away the tears ...........again thank you all soooo very much ...bobby

Water was perfect there, as was the whole weekend.

We bought the lighthouse at the Spring's....The monument with the plaque was an extra done for us by the Lighthouse Club. They were able to get the OK from the city. :)
