I Got Pulled Over From The Guy Who Used To Own My Boat

So I am heading back from my two month stay in Havasu with my old school boat in tow and this guy comes up beside me on the 40/58 headed east.
I am returning to my home in Minden NV.
This guy pulls next to me and is saying "pull over at the next gas stop".
My boat is covered and it's a V-Drive
I can't belive my eyes when this guy gets out of his truck.
I haven't seen the old owner of my boat for 19 years.
Turns out this guy lives in Kingman AZ and was taking a horse to California.
My dad bought this boat in Bishop Ca.
Then 10 years later sold it to me
WHATS THE CHANCE OF THIS HAPPENING???
