Exhaust

Had my oil sending unit go out on me. Pulled the log to get to the unit and noticed there is no manifold gasket. Can someone shed some light on this for me. I've never seen any type of exhaust w/o a gasket. The logs are Hardin Marine.

Not sure but I just pulled my Indmar 454 out and it didnt have gaskets on the logs either...so it must be normal for these...? :idea:
