2 Phoenix Suns on the list with minimal endorsements compared to others.
The Suns think they are the Yankees of the NBA? No wonder Sarver is always crying.

Too bad independent research scientists, physicists, engineers, professors and people who actually contribute to society don't make that kind of jack. Lots of people work their asses off physically and mentally and will never even come close to earning what a monkey can make who can hit, throw or kick a ball.

Endorsements. Tiger only makes about $10M playing golf, you do the math.
Actually, he only made $2,000,000 on endorsements:
One last giant pay day? On top of $25 million purse, Golden Boy took home $28 million in pay-per-view receipts from the Mayweather title fight.

I think about that all the time, and it pisses me off.

Well I am refusing to pony up any more money to attend professional sports. I am boycotting. They charge too much. One day, they'll wake up and the stadium will be empty.
I am down to a couple college football games a year.

I completely agree. I admit that it does take a lot of skill to play professional sports, but does that make them worth more than people who are vital to society like the ones you listed? Definitely not. Many of the people you listed have gone to school for upwards of 10 years and many athletes drop out of school to go into the pros, yet are rewarded hansomely. I guess thats America for ya, gotta love it.
