I know you guys run across this too, what do you use to get of those white calcium water deposits on you OT headers after a trip to the lake? The worst lake I got it from was livingston and it took a lot of scrubbing to get off, course all I used was windex type glass cleaner. Is there anyway to wax the headers or put something on them that will deposits won;t stick too?

Try some "CLR", calcium, lime, rust, remover. Makes short work of it. :)

Distilled water and vinager! I used it everytime we got off the water. Just a quick wipe down on the motor when it is hot helps get the water spots off the headers. It is great for the gel coat as well.
