Gate Shift Cable Questions

HEy Guys,
Got a quick question on my Jetboat.
My shift (reverse gate) cable has broken, and all I have underneath the left side is my cable, with a threaded end and a lock nut, and then the standard shifter with its hole in the lever. (Hope that makes sense) I Was looking on rexmarine, but there are so many choices as far as cable connectors go. Do you think I have a 30 or 40 series cable? The boat is circa 1986 with a Panther pump. I looked at the cable and dont see ny markings. And what connector should I use? This one?

Sizes are
Pivot - 30 Series - Fits 1/8" thick lever with 1/4" diameter hole
Pivot - 30 Series - Fits 3/16 thick lever with 1/4" diameter hole
Pivot - 40 Series - Fits 3/16" thick lever with 1/4" diameter hole
Or something like this?

Thats my buddys eliminator 76. Disregard that one, let me see if I can find something online that resembles it. Otherwise I will have to snap one tommorow!

you need a 43bc cable, and you will need the brass pivits, when you get the cable, they tell you what size, i belive its 1/4 inch!:D :D
