Thanks for the shots of the survey stakes! We will be maximizing the lot for shop space!!! Hopefully everything works out in escrow! It has always been a dream of mine to own some property over there!:) Can't wait to include Marina Manor, Parker, AZ in my avitar verbage!!!:D :D :D Here's a shot from where the new deck will be!!!:) :) I'm guessin' there'll be more than a couple cocktails and cigars consumed from this spot!

Well I was going to buy up in the Needles area but the RUMOR was some V-Driver/Painter was retiring to run the Vessel Assist out of Needles Marina and the locals didn't want "any more of our kind" up there!:confused: :confused:
