I purchased a Lowrance hand held unit last summer. Large Color screen, waterproof to 30ft, full chart and map plotter, and able to download chart info for anywhere in North America. $300 bucks but well worth it.

ditto garmin is hard to beat good quality also:D

Garmin blue, next up from yellow i believe. I like how it shows you were the next gas, hotel, etc is. Pretty cheap too.

Thanks you guys, its a Fathers Day present from the kids and to the comedians on board I already know the top speed, 86mph :D
