I'm getting messages that say "I've reached my storage quota"- however I have deleted a ton of my emails-just have the last 30 days with NO attached images. WTF? How do I clear out my mailbox? The huge manual doesn't say anything about your mailbox?
Thanks,
Roln 20s

When I have problems I turn the machine off and it will reset. Good Luck.

There's a pin hole with a reset button. do a reset and it should clear it up. I went to there training course last year. If that won't work do a security wipe and resync it. hope this helps

How about your sent messages. Sometimes these eat up alot of memory also.

I think that worked guys...I think I have only turned this thing off about 10 times in 5 months...oops. I did a test email and it didn't give me the same message.
H2OAdv-- yep, did that too, I know I had a few large attachments on sent items.
Thanks again.

Try clearing out old items in your calendar. That's what always fills up my inbox.

Sometimes on mine I have to go online and empty the deleted folder. I have mine set to auto-purge all e-mails at 24 hours, but occasionally f's up. I also have mine set to delete everything I delete on the handheld, but occasionally that gets f'd up too, and I have to go online and clear everything. I have also had to delete the service book and reload that a couple times. And, on my office manager's, we have had to delete her additional e-mail account (non-blackberry account) and re-load that as well. We don't use the blackberry e-mail account at all.
Turn that thing off everyday, even if it is for a minute. To do a proper hard reset, pull the battery while it is on, then wait about 10 seconds and then push the reset for about 5 seconds. When you put the battery back on and turn the thing on, you will notice something else is going on. You don't lose any data on a hard reset. I have to do those occasionally as the thing gets all wacky like ringing when set on vibrate.
Oh yah, my service is with Nextel/Sprint.

Go to your mail inbox and put the cursor all the way to the top date and hit cntrl "p", this is your call logs! Hit roller and select delete prior, and it will clear out your call logs, it will take about 15 min, but will free up all your free space! PM me if you have any questions.

Have you had a flame war with Havasu Hangin recently?
... because that can really chew up your inbox space. :D
