uestion on ski tows...

I have an engine mounted ski tow on my 454... now that my exhaust is going through the transom... I was wondering if the ski tows that get mounted to the transom are as good as the ones engine mounted... I only tow a tube with two people and a skier once in awhile.... is it ok with the transom mounted ones or too weak? thanks in advance.....

Two tubers? Big washers on the back side of the transom for the tow mounts.
Slightly more air if you go higher mount.
If you have the eyelets like allot of jet boats and small boats you can run a y roap and pull off there and no aditional holes. (you probibly thought of that though if your asking this. Happy tubin.
