Electic Water Pumps can be had from Granger for about 60 bucks. Made by Teel and have 3/8 NPT threads on the ID and garden hose threads on the OD. Worked great in my flat.

SAMLLZZZ THAT PUMP IS THE SIZE OF A GOOD ELECTRIC FUEL PUMP.....LIKE A PRODUCT ENGINEERING. WORKS GREAT IN-LINE JUST LIKE YOU WOULD WITH A FUEL PUMP.
