american turbine bought legend jet?

I picked up my impeller from the machine shop today. I had them true up the wear ring surface and Since he had the shaft I also had him press off the thrust bearing. Some how he got distracted and forgot to remove the snapring and chewed the shaft splines up. He told me that when he ordered a new shaft at his expense that Legend Jet was sold to American Turbine. Do any of you all know if this is true?? I still need to order parts

If I remember right Berkeley is Legend. So now it's American Turbine?? WOW guess my Berkeley is now an antique. Well at least Im hearing the customer service is good.
Anybody know if some of the old Berkeley/Legend guy's are now with American Turbine??

Wrong info. Legend was started by some ex-Berkeley employees.
Berkeley is a part of CP Performance.
