We don't stop at the sand bar anymore.........we hang just a few miles so. of Walters camp. Last trip there were a few fast mo fockers up there. I think they launch at hippie hole and come down. I guess distance is a big factor for race boats but I wouldn't know......:)

Blythe is farther up river. Just north of Yuma there's Lake Martinez. Most people launch at Fisher's landing, and go about couple miles up the river to go to the main sandbar.... but on theat part of the river there's sandbars EVERYWHERE, that's why it's good to have a jet ;) . Not like the one above havasu where there is ONE sandbar, over there you got about 20...:D

my group is coming up from Tucson three boats showing up on Friday how is the water levels on friday typ.

Bout the same as the week I think. The waters the highest in the morning and as the day goes on it drops probably bout a foot. If you're a jet and you see some blew just floor it and you should be good. I like to wear blue-blocker sunglasses for the drive home so I can see the sand bars better.

i dont make tune-up calls on someone elses boat....god knows i can barely tune mine:D ....and by the way...lean is mean bitch!!!!...dont be mad because my gas plugs look cleaner than your alcohol plugs!!!!!;)

Lean is mean thats for sure. I doubt your plugs are cleaner than mine ive seen yours. Mine dont have those little specles of piston on them like yours do. Fat is happy and lives forever.

Well was there a test and tune down there after the blower clearancing session? How bads the motor have you guys got further into it yet?
let me know if there is anything you guys need i have some shizzle laying around.
Big D..................Less time starting it at the shop and jerking off to it while its running and more time doing maintnance and checking stuff out. Hope all ends ok.
