there are probably 10 or more that cruise the Patuxant, Bush and other rivers in MD in our Jet Boats but we don't go into the bay much except up in Havre de Grace.

I boat on the Chessie every weekend & hit that sandbar by HDG a few times a month, they call it the susky flats.
Mad,
I responded to your post on the in the other section... The biggest raft of the summer will be in two weeks in Chesapeake City. They call it Canal Days & it will be hard to beat.

I run mostly on the Wicomico and Potomac rivers, Those pics on that site look like mostly large boats do they have any Jets or Outboards there i.e., freeboard challanged boats.

19,
There are jetboats there all the time. There are two ramps within 10 miles, one in the basin itself & one 5-6 miles east on the canal @ Summit North Marina. The canal is flat calm, the only worry is tug/ship wakes from time to time.

Im from the area too. I stick around the Sassafras River, and occasionally wander up into the Bohemia River or Down to Jellyfish Joels. Gonna be the end of the month before my new boat is done though. The High Performance Hang out is Lloyds Creek at the mouth of the Sassafras.
