Accident on I10 last night

Anyone know any details? I was driving home last night from pheonix with my 19 daytona I just picked up. And headed west came to a stop. About 2 miles ahead saw a hummer missing the frame.. Anyone hear what the hell happened.. I mean it looked BAD.. There were 10 or more cops and 6 or more fire trucks. I pray no one was badly hurt but from what I saw it was bad..

I was going the oppsite way on the 10freeway and didnt want to wait in traffic on the other side of the freeway to get the plate #s off the cars. Its funny I mite end up buying one of the minor wrecked cars from the tow company out here if the car makes it past the lien sale. Good idea :idea: :D

If I could find another H2 maybe striped out theft recovery I would be in business. The only problem is the blood stains and dried skin are hard to get out of an interior and you can never get that like new smell back.

The hummer? Not quite sure, it was a dark color, I didn't get a close enough look but at first I thought it was an H3 but maybe a extremely smashed H2.

A woman was killed and two other people were injured Friday in a five-vehicle crash on eastbound Interstate 10 in Cathedral City that snarled traffic for hours.
Two people from a Hummer were taken to hospitals, and a woman died at the scene of the 5:45 p.m. crash.
The Riverside County coroner's office did not release the dead woman's name Friday night. The names of the injured people were not released.
The driver of a red Ford Ranger pickup, which had Georgia license plates, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and manslaughter, California Highway Patrol Sgt. Laura Quattlebaum said at the scene. The identity of the man was not released.
The driver of the pickup weaved from the No. 2 lane into the No. 3 lane, Quattlebaum said.
The pickup driver overcorrected and hit another vehicle that careened into a green Hummer sport utility vehicle, Quattlebaum said. The Hummer overturned, landed on its roof, broke apart and hit other vehicles.
The family of 10-year-old Luis Zalvala, of Colton, was in one of the vehicles involved in the crash.

I was on the 10 fwy a few months ago heading east bound coming home to Havasu and I was getting passed like I was standing still at 80 mph on that freeway. I'm sure the accident was caused my accessive speeding.
