Try LEDTrailerLights.com
I don't know if they have those exact ones, but it may help:confused:
I just ordered some lights from them, have not received them yet but just ordered last Thursday.

If you can't find anything then contact Extreme as they built the trailer. If not help then ask John West at Ultra.

you can buy them from extreme trailer, but they charge about 25 bucks per
light.
the same light can be found at most online trailer accessory places, as well
as some stores... for about 17 bucks a pop.

I pay a lot more than that for those ones...
Extreme designed and built that stainless bezel that they drop into. To the best of my knowledge, they are the only ones that can get those inserts. I put some of the trailer store lights in my shop-dog trailer last year and they are no comparison in quality and appearance.
Just my .02, but I would call Extreme and expect to pay nearly $75 per light for those little gems.

I never really looked at the quality at the ones in the truck stops.....Good point
I just saw them there....in the packages and were cheap like 3-4bucks.....I guess you get what you pay for
