If anyone knows of anyone looking for a super clean cat, mine has to go. I am trying to get my new company off the ground and I could really use the $$$ from this boat. It is priced well below what it should be (per NADA), advertised everywhere, etc... I guess the market for cats is just really slow right now. If someone sends someone my way who buys it, I will hook them up with $1k in CASH. I just want this thing gone!!! No way you will find a cleaner Carrera ever built! I did it for me and I did it my way!
Some details are:
2006 Carrera 257 Effect X Open Bow
Mercury 500EFI (140 hours approx)
B-Max Outdrive (3 hours since total rebuild)
WPM Full Hydraulic Steering
Imco Fuel Valve
Polished Engine Compartment
Powder Coated Diamond Plate on engine compartment floor
INSANE stereo (4 subs, 12 speakers, 12 tweeters, 6k watts)
4 New Optima Blue Tops (1 month old)
New billet hardware
Ski Locker
Aqua Step
Halon System
New Scoop
New hatch pad
Custom Interior
Full bow storage
Gaffrig Gauges
Rigid motor mounts
Engine Lights
Bimini Top
Decalite instead of wood
Trailer just re-bunked
Trailer bearings just completely serviced
etc...
NADA says that low value for this boat should be $78,285.00 and average should be $85,935.00. I am asking $75K and NADA doesn't take 1/2 of the options into consideration.
Someone help me out!!!

Seriously guys, just go take a look at this boat. You won't be dissapointed. The insurance shouldn't be a question anymore either. Get on it!

Insurance is easy now. I got 300/500 with a 1m umbrella on the boat for $739.00 this year with no layup. That is with $85K replacement value. The boat also has '09 tags on it so registration is paid up in full. :)

Well you seem like a very bright Guy I am sure you will make it work.... if you remember the business recipe ...
X%inspiration + X%perspiration = 100% success
so no matter how great the idea is if you work hard enough you will succeed :)

Agreed 100%. The inspiration & perspiration are not the problem. ;) It would be really nice to find a way to increase the day by 4-6 hours. ;) :) Always plenty of stuff to do and not enough hours to get it done. Unfortunately the "I will get it done tomorrow" doesn't work when starting a business. Tomorrow will have its own set of challenges. :)

Any idea wht it will run with the 500efi? I have a freind tht is looking for a cat here in Texas. He can buy it if it is the right boat.

Full of fuel, in the middle of the summer it will run in the low 70's. In the winter it will run in the high 70's. If he wants to run faster, the boat has a B-max on it and will handle every bit of 800h.p. Don't need to worry about breaking a bravo. He could just bolt on a whipple charger and go run for a LONG LONG TIME. The B-Max does eat a little bit more h.p. than a bravo, but you won't have a problem with breaking it. :) It also has all of the right parts in it to go running 100+ if that is what you want. I drove a boat just like this one with a 500efi with a whipple charger to 107mph. :) Believe me... It is one of the best boats at high speeds too. :)

Ok. This thing really has to go down the road. New deal is $70K firm.
I am 100% serious that if someone refers someone over to me and the deal goes through, I will hand you $1k on the spot. I need this thing out of my storage!
Boat will be fully detailed at the time of delivery and will be ready to play. All maintenance was just done less than 3 hours ago. :)
