I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH SCOTTY HE SAID 5.13 232 BUT THEY THINK THE BOAT MIGHT BE JUNK!! REMEBER THEY DO HAVE ANOTHER DEAVER IN THERE GARAGE AT CHICAGO BUT IT WONT HELP THIS WEEK END. THEY SAID THEY WILL BREAK IT ALL DOWN AND FIBERGLASS,DUCT TAPE, AND SHOE STRING EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO GET IT IN THE WATER TOMORROW. I THINK THEY CAN GET IT TOGETHER BY TOMORROW FIRST ROUND THEY HAVE LIKE 20 SOME HOURS TELL FIRST ROUND SCOTTY SAYS HE WILL WORK ALL NIGHT!!!

That has happened before at Firebird.
I saw footage of one that flew up and hit the powerlines.
He is one lucky S.O.B.

I saw this on the replay screen they have. it looks like one scary ride.
they should deffinitly get an A for effort when i saw the boat around 3 it was almost a bare hull and they were busting there ass.

I always thought before my crash that when it came, 1) I'd be mad as hell about the boat, and 2) I'd be afraid to get back in a raceboat. I was wrong on both counts. I couldn't give a damn about the boat and I would have gotten right into another boat if I'd had one.

All I have to say is that scotty and his crew are some hard working muthaphukas! They had the boat back together on sunday! They did this last year and came back and won the race eek! I have alot of respect for this team because they just dont give up like true racers! That crash wasnt as bad as the jelly belly or liquid quicker crash.
