Thanks for all the interest in my TPR but it sold today less motor and pump. It has a new home in Yuma Az. The new owner is going to use it to Dust some Crops and SAW OFF THE NO REGRET$ TAJ :lightsabe Once again, thanks to Darrin P. and Tony H. on helping me close the deal.

Thanks topless for your concern! I do Know Psycho Squid's work is just about done here. I'm starting on my 2008 boat in the morning and will use my 21 openbow untill it is done in a few months. Psycho Squid is saying good by Hot Boat Forums and going back to meeting people or seeing them face to face as boating should be rather than hiding behind a computer screen as some peeps do here. IMHO the internet forums such as this are fun but people are different in person. I like the in person people better good and bad. I'm also giving the final touches to my home for my Daughters birth inside 3 weeks her name is Jonelle Marie Petrovich. Topless feel free to stop at our new boat and grab a cocktail I would love to meet anyone that truly thinks they know me and listen to any criticism they have with merit. But I will do it in person.

I'm not really worried but isn't it a fact that when you have a court order to pay off a debt and you don't do it that you can have a lien put on any real property that you own now or in the future? I'm just asking because I hope the new owner of the boat knows that if there is a lien on it that it could dissappear in the middle of the night. I hope this isn't the case here.

I did not go to law school but I have a contractor that spent the day in court and I just had all these explained to me. There are some actions that you can do that I was not aware of to enforce a contract. It all depends on how much your time is worth. I do know what is going on and I am not getting in it just shedding light on a subject that had some misconceptions. I believe in paying my bills and think everyone else should too. Paying in full is great for some and some prefer a payment plan and with intrest, the payment plans never seem to go away.

So, what you are saying is that when you get your tax return you pay off any credit cards with that money instead of making a monthly payment? As much as I would like to I usually buy another boat but to each his or her own. Have a great day.
