I have been thinking about buying one of those houseboat timeshares in lake powell. But would want to try it first.
I have a 2b 2 ba condo at the London Bridge Resort that I will not be able to use for July 4th week. Is there anyone who would be interested in a partial trade for a week this or next summer?
You can email me at georgemortega@verizon.net

Per the Park regs that would be illegal. An owner has to be on the boat. You cannot rent or trade a week. Only from Aramark or Antelope.

You forgot to insert the smiley face.....:D :D
You are correct as subletting is against regulations. Now letting a friend use your week is totally legal ;)

I should of clarified about the owner on board. That is for our insurance. maybe others might be different. But I doubt it. I wouldn't want to chance it.
Why not rent one, and then look at the shared ownership boats. It is amazing how much nicer they are.
