Does anyone know how to post links to videos?

Does anyone know how to post links to videos? Just use the url tags. or click the button below that says "url" on it and put the link there.
I just added another movie Alky Run (http://www.dragboatrace.com/movies/alkynite.mpg)

My video isn't located on a website, it's in a media library, is there any other way to link it?

duh!!! I wasn't thinking. Hover over the link and right click, copy shortcut. Then you can paste it here. If that doesn't work send it to me and I will post it.
